A unique gastronomic experience in the heart of Scotland's oldest working distillery. Our luxurious and intimate 26 couverts dinner-only restaurant overlooks the old still houses and tumbling waters of the river Turret. A bright, glass-fronted dining room which sits within one of the distilleries’ traditional square wooden pagodas and features two spectacular five-tier LALIQUE chandeliers. Our bar food has a personality of its own, with a small dynamic menu offering a selection of eclectic seasonal dishes – many created with whisky pairing in mind.
