About The Good Contractors List

The Good Contractors List is the safest way to find a good contractor. Period. Every one of our contractors were interviewed face-to-face, background checked both business and personal, and we are so sure of our choices that we back the contractor's work with a $10,000 guarantee. Every contractor has their own 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and they refrain from unethical business practices such as bait and switch, price gouging, or high pressure/fear sales tactics. Our "Honest guy in the middle" approach ensures that the consumer doesn't find a contractor that is cheap and doesn't carry insurance and on the opposite side they won't find the Mega-Contractors that have so much overhead that they are focused on upselling and charging the highest rates by far. We believe we provide the most "consumer-minded" list anywhere. The Good Contractors List is the best of the honest guys in the middle and we believe you will always find the highest quality work at fair and honest rates.
