We are a family-run, female-owned health food store based in Retford, Nottinghamshire. We offer a range of whole foods, supplements and natural and organic beauty products from our store in Retford, Nottinghamshire, with a growing selection of goods on our website. We also offer lots of plastic-free, climate-conscious options, along with a refill service in store for cleaning, hair and body care products. Like you, we care about where our products come from and what’s in them. Everything we sell has been mindfully sourced, so that we offer only ethical, sustainable and affordable products that make you look and feel good, inside and out. All our products are full of natural goodness, free from harmful chemicals and fillers, and not tested on animals. We also offer nutritional therapy from a beautiful consultation room in the shop. Suzy Shinner, our resident Nutritional Therapist, specialises in female hormone health - she works one-to-one with clients, using nutrition and lifestyle to help them go from exhausted, foggy and moody, to balanced, energised and focused.
