About The Gray Collective, PLLC - The Diversity & Wellness Changemakers
The Gray Collective is a Black woman-owned small business offering expert diversity, equity, and inclusion consultation and mental health therapy. While servicing therapy practices, corporations, and individuals, The Gray Collective specializes in assessing and offering tangible changes to organizations needing systemic change. Clients will walk away from consultation services with in-depth assessments and strategies or long-term mental health services. The Gray Collective team guides its clients in identifying their goals regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and mental health. We achieve this by administering assessments and creating a plan based on individual and group needs to achieve their personal best. Identifying DEI needs and best practices for therapy and larger business entities requires planning to achieve targeted solutions and offering clients support to achieve their goals. As a DEI consultant and licensed clinical social worker, I pinpoint ways to create an inclusive organization for employees and leaders and serve mental health clients with an empathic, person-centered, equitable approach.
