About The Greenberg Group (TGG)

For over 25 years, The Greenberg Group (TGG) has been recognized for delivering transformational client services, including executive coaching, consultation on the human side of mergers and acquisitions, leadership assessments including 360s, and engaging keynotes, workshops, and strategic team meetings both online and in-person. In 2005, TGG's founder, Margaret H. Greenberg's, quest for life-long learning led her to the University of Pennsylvania’s inaugural Master of Applied Positive Psychology. Since that time Margaret has been translating the science of positive psychology into practical tools to improve her clients’ individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. Developing and leveraging an organization’s talent can take many forms – from action learning, to rotational assignments, to executive leadership programs, to mentorship. However, experts agree coaching is key to realizing your full potential. The Greenberg Group’s credentialed coaches work with executives, managers, partnerships, and teams using a positive, strengths-based approach. TGG's coaches are located in the following areas, however, most of the coaching is done over Zoom video conferencing or phone: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York City/Westchester County, Rhode Island, Nebraska, DC/Northern Virginia and Malaysia.
