About The Guardsman

Since 1935, The Guardsman has been bringing the community JACC award-winning investigative journalism, art reviews & entertainment from on campus and beyond. We cover local news beats, sports highlights, college-focused stories, and community events. We circulate eye-catching covers and cutting–edge layouts to San Francisco City College’s nine campuses, and with the extensive distribution to the neighborhood business areas, reach a city-wide audience including the SF Public Library system.
