This approach has translated into excellent feedback & reviews from our customers. Our aim is to retain your ongoing custom and become your go to store! We started the business in May 2020, in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic which decimated our long-established family entertainment businesses overnight. Although this was a concerning time, we remained positive and took the opportunity to create a new online business. We are fortunate to have established strong, professional relationships with Leading Brands and Suppliers which has helped our business grow quickly and substantially. We are introducing new products into our store on a daily basis so please check back to see our latest products and offers Please feel free to get in touch to discuss any of our products, or the service we provide. You will receive a fast friendly response that recognises your query and reacts to suit. Neil, Mark and The Hale Retail Company Team
