About The Health Retreat

The Health Retreat has been successfully treating mental health issues with our holistic approach for many years. We started as solely a natural therapies program based around the mind body connection. Whether you need treatment for self-medication, depression and anxiety, self-medication, eating disorders, The Health Retreat’s licensed doctor, psychologists and naturopath will get you back to your healthy self. The Health Retreat endeavour to deliver a brilliant and effective individual program. Each person that attends The Health Retreat has their program tailored to meet their own individual needs. We do this because we understand that everyone is different and there is no single solution that works for everyone. Located atop Keils Mountain in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Queensland, the retreat is surrounded by peaceful bushland creating a truly nurturing environment.
