Services are provided by a registered dietitian nutritionist and include medical nutrition therapy, health coaching, meal planning, consulting, and diabetes e-Learning. Our online health and wellness library includes three unique courses designed to address the specific educational needs of those with diabetes, prediabetes, or a desire to learn more about reducing their risk. The content focuses on health-behavior change techniques that encompass diet, physical activity, and self-care skills to help students achieve healthy living and blood sugar control. The courses are highly interactive and engaging, provide guidance on overcoming barriers, tips on staying motivated, and activities that generate personalized feedback.
