About The Heart-led Mediation Project

THMP is an award-winning Community Mediation service formed in partnership between Reed Smith, a major international law firm, and Irene Grindell Resolution Consultancy Ltd. Since its inception in 2016, THMP provides a free mediation service. The Project is supported by a diverse team of London mediators from Workplace and Commercial Mediation backgrounds. THMP has almost 100 volunteers from all walks of life who want to improve the quality of life in the UK. The Project aims to help resolve neighbourhood conflicts. We are committed to providing a comprehensive and effective mediation process, helping to address challenging conflicts between neighbours, especially in difficult times. THMP takes referrals from housing associations, the police, the ASB panel, and surgeries. Over the years, we have made a difference and the Project won Initiative of the Year at the 2018 National Mediation Awards. Essentially, our ethos is to “not fight but mediate”!
