About The Heat Pump Store

The Heat Pump Store is the Pacific Northwest's leader in ductless heating and cooling. Since 2007, we have installed more than 12,000 ductless mini-splits. You can find our showrooms in Portland, Eugene, and Salem. Our expert sales staff and skilled installation technicians know how to help you select the right ductless system for you so that it provides reliable service for years to come. The Heat Pump Store also offers an exclusive DIY program- if you have the "drills and skills" and want to install a ductless system yourself, we offer packages that include professional-grade equipment and materials, installation videos, access to our trained staff, and having our technicians complete the final connections. With our do-it-yourself packages, you keep the manufacturer's warranty and ensure your heat pump system is installed correctly. Whether you choose to have our professional team install your system or choose the DIY route, we are able to support you for years to come with our service and maintenance department. Ductless is all we do and we do it right!
