About The Henry V. Moran Foundation

Established in 2009, The Henry V. Moran Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on developing communities and youth in the Philippines through sports, most notably in football and futsal. The foundation is a leader and a pioneer in the Philippines for using football and futsal for social development, working in close collaboration with other non-profit organizations, communities, schools, the Philippine Department of Education, and the Philippine Football Federation. Although founded in 2009, the foundation traces its work to 2002, when as the Red Ribbon Group, it helped put together the sports for development programs of major non-profit organizations like Tuloy sa Don Bosco and the Gawad Kalinga Community Development Foundation. The foundation provides access to sport and education for marginalized youth and differently abled children. In so doing, the organization uses sport to inculcate and develop positive values, habits, and life skills among its partner beneficiaries and communities.
