About The Holland Clinic - Become your most vibrant, vital self

OUR ETHOS You deserve to be the best version of you. You deserve to live in a body you love, feel free and confident, look vibrant and move through each stage and season of your life gracefully and with ease. You deserve to feel comfortable in your own skin, without calorie counting or crash diets. You have the power to change when you understand that your lived experience and trauma impacts on your health. Health is about relationships: with yourself, with food and with your body. Western medicine can work miracles when facing acute problems, but it struggles to help with wellness. A holistic, functional, integrative approach to health is key. That’s what we offer at The Holland Clinic. We strive to provide the highest quality support, education and care, and by combining cutting edge scientific functional testing with age old Chinese medicine and diagnostic techniques we empower our patients to take control of their health. The Holland Clinic is dedicated to promoting the health and wellbeing of women over the age of 35 using a holistic, multimodality approach that combines acupuncture, herbal medicine, non-pharmaceutical supplementation and nutritional, lifestyle and mindfulness advice. We help women navigate the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, and make the process a lot less painful and stressful and a whole lot more graceful and easy! Our clients have often spent years struggling with long-standing health and wellbeing challenges. Most have relied on conventional Western treatment and feel they have ‘tried everything’. We have extensive experience treating a wide range of health issues including complex gut issues, hormonal dysfunction, metabolic health issues, weight-loss, anxiety, depression, insomnia and autoimmune conditions. We’d love to assist you.
