The Hot Box creates world-class sauna and cold plunge experiences, spaces to escape the noise and reconnect. Founded in 2021 with a single hand-built sauna, we’ve grown to 6 locations across Meath, Sligo, Kilkenny, Dublin, and Louth and aren't done yet!
