The House of Charity was founded in 1997 and is located in Houston, Texas, the 4th largest city in our nation. The organization is a tax-exempt under Section 501 (c) (3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code with Tax ID# 76-0534271. All services provided are free and without discrimination. Mission: The House of Charity is a nonprofit, charitable organization dedicated to improving the health and life of children in Houston and around the Globe. Vision: We envision a world in which all children receive the opportunity to achieve their full potential regardless of their financial situation. The House of Charity is developing children for tomorrow by working with them today through the following programs: 1. Surgical Treatments for Children 2. Healing Home for Children 3. Fire Safety & Burn Prevention Education Program 4. Volunteer Development 5. Disaster Relief and Recovery program
