About The Human Entrepreneur NPO

The Human Entrepreneur is an initiative 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 across Africa and developing economies. The world of work is changing faster than education and employment systems can adapt. Artificial intelligence, automation, and fragmented career paths are shrinking traditional opportunities. The real risk is the growing gap between education and economic participation. We exist to close that gap. Our work is delivered at three-levels 1. 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 We teach entrepreneurial thinking as a foundational life skill in schools and universities. This works to improve academic success, resilience, adaptability, employability, confidence, and mental well-being and makes economic participation a normal part of how they think and act. 2. 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 Most people believe they cannot be entrepreneurs. We change that. Through the Side Hustle Success Masterclass and book, we reach schools, universities, and communities with a quick, cost-effective, and scalable way to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit. This is where people stop waiting and start trying. 3. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 Through our Rapid Entrepreneurship Development Programme, individuals accelerate existing or build new micro-businesses in just five weeks, without external funding. We reduce the time and cost of job creation to 5 weeks, the cost by 10 to 20 times, and can create hundreds of businesses monthly. Each new entrepreneur becomes a small economic engine that creates income, reduces poverty, creates jobs and grows the local economy. The Human Entrepreneur partners with corporates, funders, and institutions committed to real ESG and SDG outcomes, economic inclusion, and measurable impact.
