The Implementation Group (T.I.G.) is a Washington, D.C.–based research development and evaluation firm specializing in strategic positioning, proposal development, and strategic assessment in service of maximizing our clients’ competitiveness for external funding. Since 1994, T.I.G. has supported institutions of higher education, research institutes, startup companies, and national coalitions to successfully capture and implement federal and private sector contracts and grants. Our understanding of the federal funding landscape is based on our experience as former federal officials and principal investigators; we have broad experience in developing, administering, and implementing research initiatives across all major federal agencies. T.I.G. has worked with clients to secure competitive awards from federal sponsors, including the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation, and the U.S. Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Education, Energy, Homeland Security, Labor, Transportation, and War.
