Welcome to the Integrative Palliative Institute. Our mission is to help clinicians and caregivers reduce stress, overwhelm, and feelings of losing themselves while caring for ill or aging people. We also assist palliative care organizations in differentiating themselves, attracting patients, and optimizing their clinical and administrative teams. We help our clients through online courses, coaching, consulting, speaking engagements, The Integrative Palliative Podcast, and Dr. Chiaramonte’s book, "Coping Courageously: A Heart-Centered Guide for Navigating a Loved One’s Illness Without Losing Yourself." We empower clinicians and caregivers with integrative approaches for symptom reduction, skills for difficult conversations, positive responses to stress, and micro-wellness tools to enhance their own wellbeing. For organizations, we provide strategies to boost referrals, expand patient care options, improve employee wellbeing, and increase team productivity.
