The J is a brand new, state of the art 18,00 square foot fitness center with 2 group fitness studios- hosting over 60 classes per week, a 5,000 square foot gym floor with a brand new Life Fitness circuit, functional training area, cardio machines, and free weights, a 25 yard, 3 lane pool with an aqua therapy area, a massage room offering Swedish, Hot Stone, and Deep Tissue massages, and a juice bar at the front desk.
