About The Jefferson Hawthorne Group

Create growth. Protect growth. The world doesn’t operate in straight lines. Nor should your advisor. We work exclusively with board chairs, CEOs, and senior executives when the challenge at hand has no clear playbook and no margin for error.  When no employee, advisor, or firm is the right fit, we’re called. We work alongside your team to ensure no opportunity is missed and all blind spots are covered. We take responsibility for issues and projects that are too complex, too sensitive, or too unconventional for anyone else to own. What we do is simple in principle but rare in practice. Strategy Consulting: Clarifying choices, charting direction, and stopping what isn’t working. Political Intelligence: Seeing shifts before they surface, translating them into decisions. Crisis Management: Shutting problems down before they define you, and stabilizing when they break open. We exist to help boards and CEOs achieve clarity and take back control in the moments that matter most. The result: time saved, risks contained, reputations preserved, and opportunities captured.
