About The Keel Group

OUR MISSION Our Mission at The Keel Group is to provide comprehensive and strategic solutions to businesses seeking to navigate the ever-changing complexities of today’s challenging real estate market with a “helicopter” yet hands-on approach. OUR VISION Our Vision and strategy are defined by our name. A ‘keel’ marker is used to indicate the position of pile foundations prior to them being driven into the ground on building sites as well as being the lengthwise timber along the base of a ship, supporting the framework beneath the surface to increase stability. We offer “under the radar” stability with strong foundations to businesses through choppy waters, acting as their trusted partner to protect and enhance value whilst minimising risk. OUR Commitment Our commitment is to recognise our client’s real estate needs and provide a boutique service expertly tailored to individual requirements. Our business helps to understand your aims and objectives and sits holistically to consider, plan and oversee its joint implementation. OUR AIM Our aim is to improve portfolios and the built environment whilst promoting positive relationships to achieve superior results. Our success is anchored in track record, market experience and professional integrity. REGULATION We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
