About The Kendrick Team Powered by eXp Realty

The Kendrick Team was created in 2016 when Yvette Kendrick ended her career in the legal field and joined her husband, Kevin Kendrick who had been in the real estate industry since 2010. As a husband-wife team, Kevin and Yvette combined their unique skill sets, their love for helping people, building relationships and cultivating community while building a successful real estate business. As The Kendrick Team, they have leveraged their passion for helping individuals and families buy and sell residential homes with supporting the local community, such as schools, hospitals, church and neighborhoods. Since 2016, The Kendrick Team has consistently been recognized in the Top 1% of all Realtors in the Greater Orlando area. Their genuine and unique desire to cultivate community and build relationships with their customers beyond the home buying or selling process as well as their hearts to invest in their community has become The Kendrick Team culture and brings real purpose to their tag lines: “Relationships Matter - Community Matters.”
