About The Killingworth Castle

The Killingworth Castle is an Oxfordshire coaching in, near Blenheim Palace and once frequented by Winston Churchill himself, dating back to 1637. After a years closure in 2012 it was bought and transformed by Claire & Jim Alexander who also run the successful Ebrington Arms. It is now firmly on the foodie & travel map with many awards received, including Restaurant and Pub of the Year, AA Rosette for food and Michelin Bib Gourmand. Eight luxury bedrooms were added in 2015 making it the premier place to stay in Oxfordshire thanks to its location next to Blenheim Palace, Woodstock & Bicester Village.
