About The Knowledge Group

At tkg, we empower organisations to outsource better. We ensure organisations can source and manage their business services quickly, without compromising on quality. We offer a combination of digital tools, a global marketplace and industry-leading business process outsourcing services. Why work with tkg? We understand that procurement can take weeks, but not with tkg. With our smart, digital solutions, we provide end-to-end solutions to outsourcing problems. We can connect you to innovative and pre-vetted suppliers using our eSourcing platform; design and implement projects in a way that works for you, and even manage suppliers on your behalf. What's more, we put the needs of our customers first. We're not a broker and do not charge suppliers to be on our platform, meaning that these costs are not being passed onto the buyer. Looking for outsourced capacity at short notice? We've got a real time view of the outsourcing market, globally. We even provide free health checks to ensure you're getting the best deal with your suppliers. We can offer you: - Access to BPO, contact centre and technology suppliers - Our smart digital sourcing platform, Maistro - Supplier vetting, onboarding and contract management - Programme governance, project and change management - Audit and benchmarking services - Target operating model design - Operational assurance - Workforce management and resource planning - Vendor management - Hand-on procurement operations - Support with on-demand, flexible capacity during seasonal peaks Check out our In the Know podcast here: https://www.youtube.com/@InTheKnowBPO
