About The Laborers Training School
As a jointly administered labor-management training trust fund, we provide construction training to signatory contractors and LIUNA members in 12 counties in Southern California. Our training includes classroom instruction and practical application. Our goal is to provide students with a clear understanding of best practices in the construction industry and allow them to demonstrate their knowledge through hands-on training and assessments. With over 140 class options, our courses cover a diverse range of industries within the construction industry from environmental classes to safety classes such as OSHA 30 and Fall Protection. At The Laborers Training School, we have three (3) programs to which you can apply. There are different wages and requirements for each, but all will let you "earn while you learn" on your way to a career as a Union Laborer.
