The scope of practice includes trucking and other motor vehicle cases as well as medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, and general negligence cases. The firm has offices in Brentwood, Nashville, and Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The firm is committed to excellent client service, which we accomplish through maintaining a relatively small case load, continual training, and a commitment to resolving cases as promptly as possible under the circumstances. The firm's reputation is such that in 2023 over 900 different lawyers referred potential personal injury and wrongful death clients to our firm.
