Mark Yurachek & Associates is a law firm that has been helping clients fight for their rights since 2003. We have attorneys who are bar licensed in both Virginia and Georgia and currently represent clients all over the Southeastern United States, spanning from Virginia to Louisiana. About Mark Yurachek Mark is bar licensed in Georgia and Virginia and a member of all appellate courts in both states. He is also a member of the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, the Eastern District of Virginia, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits. Since 2000, Mark has served as counsel in numerous appellate and post-conviction actions ranging from shoplifting to murder as well as federal appeals involving defendants convicted in multiple multi-million dollar fraud cases. He is a member of both the Georgia and National Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers. About Leah Abbasi Leah is a member of the State Bar of Georgia as well as the Georgia and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She has dedicated her entire career to criminal defense and would rather be in the courtroom than behind a desk. With nearly a decade of experience as a public defender, Leah has represented hundreds of clients, including several high-profile defendants.
