About The Leadership Progress Cycle

The Leadership Progress Cycle (LPC) trains leaders who have critical goals in the weeks and months ahead but feel blocked by seemingly impossible circumstances. It's for leaders who have tried all the obvious solutions and just want a way to break through their barriers. Starting with a small group workshop followed by a full year of online follow-up, we show leaders how their goals and their contrary circumstances are, in reality, the two sides of a paradox—a situation where two necessary things seem contradictory, but are actually mutually dependent. We show them the hidden commitments that keep them stuck in an either/or pattern, how their choices and actions create their circumstances, and how to experiment with both/and solutions they hadn’t considered before.
