The Leap Co is a Caribbean-based social impact and development advisory. We work with governments, foundations, private-sector partners, and community organisations to design and deliver programmes that respond to specific needs and produce measurable outcomes. Our focus is place-based work in which community trust, cross-sector coordination, and disciplined delivery are as consequential as strategy itself. We stay close to implementation so the programmes we help design remain accountable, well-measured, and effective in their particular context. Founded in Kingston in 2018, The Leap Co has supported partners across community transformation, violence prevention, sustainable business, social enterprise, and data-driven programme design.
