We focus on moving a business forward, allowing them to embrace their opportunities while also protecting against liabilities. At TLD, we don’t do hourly billing. Our services are provided on a flat fee basis or through our business support plans, which help business owners avoid the spike in cash flow when they need legal services. Our mission is to allow small service-based business owners to get the legal advice they need in a way that is simple, dependable and effective. To support businesses, we provide free legal information in articles, whitepapers, blog posts and interviews on our podcast. We also conduct in-depth practical workshops for business owners to learn skills for dealing with issues that have a legal implication. How We Work Our business law firm offers a creative approach to legal problem solving. Having an on-going relationship that lasts for years to come is our ultimate goal. Communication and understanding your goals are important to us. You always know where we are and how your project is progressing when you work with The Legal Department. All fees are on a project basis so you can determine costs prior to the start of the project. The size of a project does not affect our decision to help a client.
