The Lennox Partnership is a leading Scottish social enterprise with over 30 years of experience delivering high impact employability, skills and community support services. Established in 1988 and rebranded in 2000 following the merger of two Enterprise Trusts in West Dunbartonshire, our roots lie in supporting economic regeneration. Today, we operate across multiple Local Authority areas, delivering services throughout the West and Central Scotland regions. We work in partnership with local authorities, the Scottish Government and the Department for Work and Pensions to design and deliver programmes that respond to local need and create real, lasting outcomes. Our services support individuals to overcome barriers, build confidence and progress into sustainable employment. Our approach is people first. We combine practical employability support with life skills development, employer engagement and community collaboration to ensure individuals are not just job ready, but future ready. Our delivery includes employability programmes, accredited training, employer engagement and job matching, alongside targeted support for those facing complex barriers to work. We have a strong track record of supporting priority groups, including young people, parents and individuals furthest from the labour market.
