About The Lens Leadership

What would it look like to take ownership as THE CEO OF YOUR LIFE? The Lens Leadership, founded by Alison Conigliaro-Hubbard in 2021, offers executive and transformational leadership coaching and training services to high-reaching individuals from all walks of life, as well as organizations. Alison Conigliaro-Hubbard is a former tech sales and product executive, turned transformational leadership coach with a focus on whole wellness, business, and lifestyle, because let's face it: it takes thriving in all 3 of those pillars to lead in life. She sees the world with the straight up honesty and spirit of a Brooklyn-native, combined with California wellness-cool, and at a global scale. Her style is classic, with a bit of edginess. She will ALWAYS hold each human up to their highest possibility, and she will go right to the edge of the cliff with you to help you learn to fly! In 2020, she looked death straight in the eye and said, “Not now, bub! I have things to make happen!”
