About The Lisa Little Team at Compass Real Estate

Rooted in the Hill Country and driven by connection, the Lisa Little Team blends local expertise with genuine care. We make real estate feel personal, purposeful, and true to home. Founded by Lisa Little, one of Austin’s top luxury real estate professionals, our team brings a proven track record and a highly personalized approach to every transaction. With more than a decade of experience and over $150 million in sales, Lisa is both a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Her reputation for extraordinary service has earned her Best Of and Top Producer designations, as well as recognition among the top 25 agents in the Texas Hill Country through Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals. Lisa’s leadership extends beyond real estate. She has served as a board member and co-chair of the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee, helping double membership, lead synergy meetings, and teach networking skills to new members. Her ability to connect with and advocate for clients—and her dedication to community—have made her a trusted leader in both buying and selling. Michelle Getty, our lead buyer’s agent, brings that same heart for connection to every client she serves. With deep community ties and years of experience helping families find their perfect fit, Michelle combines market insight with a people-first approach that makes the buying process as seamless as it is meaningful. Her warmth, humor, and passion for helping others have made her a trusted guide for buyers across the Hill Country and beyond. Based in the Texas Hill Country, our team proudly serves clients throughout Central Texas and works closely with trusted partners to assist those relocating across the state—or even across the country. Wherever your next chapter takes you, the Lisa Little Team is here to help you feel at home.
