About the london brownery.
simply put, we love flavour (we're brown so seasoning runs through our veins). it pained us to see biscuits plopped on top of brownies being called a '[biscuit/chocolate bar] brownie'. so we knew we had to redefine the brownie experience which is why all of our brownies are flavoured from the inside out. we don't just stick a few toppings on top and call it a day. we pump each brownie full of homemade and handmade ingredients, from our salted caramel, candied oranges and chai mix. by using the highest quality ingredients for each flavour profile, our brownies are truly for the refined palette, the bougie brownie lovers, if you will, you won't see a sprinkle in sight!
