About The London Management Company

The London Management Company offers bespoke management services for residential properties in London & the Home Counties. Specialising in luxury and super-prime properties, we deliver an unrivalled quality of residential property management. Headquartered in central London, we have been managing luxury properties in London and the Home Counties since 2010. Our location in the W1 area makes us ideally situated to offer premium property management in central London and surrounding areas. As London’s premiere luxury property management provider, our objective is to deliver total peace of mind to our clients. Our regular visits are performed with the utmost care and attention that luxury property owners expect. This ensures that the properties are not only safe, clean and well-maintained, but also meet all requirements for building and contents insurance. We understand that every residence and every property owner have unique needs, and that’s why we offer a personalised service. For example, a super-prime building in Mayfair may require daily security checks. Meanwhile, the owner of a luxury pied a terre in Chelsea may simply want regular checks and maintenance whilst the property is vacant to ensure everything works prior to their next arrival. Whatever the situation, our residential property management team can accommodate the owner’s needs carefully and diligently. The London Management Company is a member of TPO (The Property Ombudsman) and is ARLA Propertymark qualified. Our West End location makes us perfectly situated to offer property management in Kensington, Chelsea and Mayfair. We also serve the following postcodes and others nearby: NW1, NW3, NW8 W1, W2, W8, W9, W10, W11 WC1. WC2, SW1, SW3, SW6, SW7, SW11
