About The Lunar Works & Tynos Consulting

Cities, governments and innovators face decisions of genuine consequence – on resilience, climate action, digital futures and the services that hold communities together. The Lunar Works & Tynos Consulting works with them at the moments that matter, bringing together strategy, governance, innovation and delivery to help navigate complexity and design solutions that work in the real world. We specialise in systems change, co-creation and programme design – supporting the transition to smart, resilient and climate-neutral cities and communities. Our work spans urban governance, public sector strategy and open data, at city, national and international scale. We believe lasting change is built through openness, collaboration and genuine co-creation – and that regenerative, human-centred solutions come from connecting the right people around the right problems.
