The Mackenzie Club is Austin's first private indoor golf and social club — a place where serious golfers can play year-round, eat well, and be in genuine community with people who love the game. Opening late 2026 in West Lake Hills, the club brings together world-class golf technology, chef-driven dining, wellness, and executive workspaces in a 33,000 sq ft clubhouse designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture. Inside, members have access to 8 TrackMan 4 golf simulators with 120+ world courses, a PuttView putting lab, a full-service restaurant and craft cocktail bar, golf fitness and performance training, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, outdoor terraces overlooking the Texas Hill Country, and executive offices and coworking spaces. The Mackenzie Club isn't a simulator bar. It isn't a $150K country club with a five-year waitlist. It's something in between that hasn't existed in Austin — a real club built for people who take golf seriously and don't take themselves too seriously. Named after Alister MacKenzie, the legendary course architect behind Augusta National, the club is built around a simple idea: golf is, above all, about the joy of being with others. Every detail — from the heritage-inspired interiors to the curated membership — is designed to create a place that feels like coming home.
