McLaren Vale Distillery is a premium single malt whisky producer. We collaborate with some of Australia’s most respected and celebrated winemakers and brewers to create spirits of true provenance. Awarded Brand Innovator of the year in 2018 by Icons of Whisky, the next evolution of our brand will incorporate a new hospitality space expected to open early 2023. We are located on the northern end of McLaren Vale, with world-class views overlooking undulating vineyards, the perfect backdrop to enjoy unique tasting experiences, and play host to special events and weddings.
