About The Medicines Management Team
The Medicines Management Team (TMMT) is an award-winning provider of remote clinical pharmacist and pharmacy-technician services. Our team includes over 170 + experienced pharmacists and skilled technicians delivering fully managed ARRS-funded services to more than 85+ PCNs and 150 + GP practices. All clinicians are extensively trained at our GP-supervised, advanced-practitioner-led training hub, enabling them to begin clinical work immediately and safely. Services include: -Medicines management -Routine medication reviews -Mental health reviews -Medicines reconciliation -Medication queries -MHRA alerts -CQC searches -Long-term condition reviews (e.g., asthma, hypertension, QRISK, diabetes, etc) -QOF support -Minor ailments (TBC) We provide remote clinical pharmacists to PCNs, GP practices, and GP Federations.
