About The Mila

The Mila is an Oxford-originated organisation operating at the intersection of estate planning, global capital, academia, and innovation. Founded with a focus on premium executive accommodation in Oxford, The Mila has evolved into a broader mission that connects global capital, institutions, and individuals across the UK, Japan and beyond, supporting the development of environments where people, ideas, and opportunities come together. Today, its activities extend across strategic real estate, ecosystem building, and advisory support, reflecting a continued commitment to shaping meaningful experiences around living, learning, and long-term engagement in academic and global leadership community for the next generations. The Mila operates as a growth-oriented vehicle, working with a select group of entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, property developers, and institutions aligned with its long-term vision. The approach remains relationship-driven, discreet, and focused on creating trusted environments where innovation, collaboration, and impact can emerge with clarity and intention. We would love to work with discerning family offices, investors, property managers & developers, and entrepreneurs who share our vision of enhancing the Oxford experience for global leaders in the making.
