About The Mill Arts Centre Trust

The Mill Arts Centre Trust Creativity. Connection. Community. Welcome to The Mill Arts Centre Trust — Banbury’s creative home and registered charity (No. 1165998). As the town’s only dedicated arts venue, we exist to inspire creativity, strengthen community, and make the arts accessible to everyone. Through performances, workshops, and participatory programmes, we bring people together — nurturing wellbeing, confidence, and connection through creativity. What We Do Our work spans three main strands: 🎭 Live Events & Screenings – Theatre, music, dance, comedy, and film that bring Banbury’s stage to life. 🎨 Workshops & Classes – From visual arts and crafts to wellbeing and performing arts, our sessions support creativity for all ages and abilities. 🖼️ Exhibitions & Community Projects – Showcasing local talent and encouraging creative participation across our community. Why It Matters The Mill is more than an arts venue — it’s a place where people come to connect, learn, and belong. Our creative programmes play a vital role in Banbury’s cultural, social, and economic life, from supporting emerging artists to hosting projects that tackle isolation and promote wellbeing. Our Commitment We’re proud to: Inspire and support creativity in all its forms Offer inclusive learning opportunities across all age groups Keep the arts open and accessible to everyone Build partnerships with local organisations, schools, and businesses Sustain a vibrant, welcoming space for future generations At The Mill, every performance, workshop, and project helps build a stronger, more connected community. 💛 Join us — support creativity at the heart of Banbury.
