Founded in 2020, we have grown into a passionate team of 60+ mental health professionals, offering personalised therapy for individuals, workplaces, schools, and colleges across 10 locations in India. We have held 35,000+ therapy sessions and have held 200+ support groups and activities for people across India and abroad.
