If you're serious about learning Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA, Grappling or just want to get seriously fit and learn to fight along the way this is the place for you. Our gym boasts a 30ft Cage,18ft Boxing Ring, 20 assorted punch / kick bags, kettle bells and all the toys that go with state of the art strength conditioning. We have a very friendly enviroment, no ATTITUDE is tolerated. Locations in London Uk, Romford Essex, Buckinghamshire (opening Feb 2019) and Perth Australia.
