The Monk Law Firm was founded by Thomas Thaxton Monk, a dedicated attorney who comes from a long line of attorneys. The firm is comprised of a dedicated staff of professionals whose sole purpose is to seek justice for the injured. Before attending law school, Tom Monk worked for a large, national insurance company where he witnessed first hand how unfair the treatment of the injured could be and how profit driven companies treat their customers. Seeing how people had become just a number on a ledger, Tom returned to law school determined to help the injured.
