The Montreal Group is a global forum of state-supported financial development institutions founded in 2012. Current members are the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC); Bpifrance; the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES); the British Business Bank (BBB); Tamwilcom (Morocco); Nafin (Mexico); China Development Bank (CDB); Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN); Finnvera (Finland); the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI); the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) and Wallonie Entreprendre (Belgium) The forum was established to encourage an exchange of ideas and best practices with the aim of assisting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) with their business challenges.
