About The Movement Project LLC

The movement project is a health and wellness initiative focused on reconnecting people to their ancient wisdom. We see a deep disconnect between people. We see a deep disconnect with natural world. That disconnect begins with our lack of connection to ourselves. Through movement we strive to connect you deeply with yourself and develop a better understanding of your place in this world. As you strive to better yourself, you support us as we strive to positively impact the environment and reclaim the abundance of the natural world.
