We currently own 3 brands: The Mussel Monger & Oyster Bar Dashi Pokay Sovlaking Delicious All 3 brands focus on a specific food type and 2-3 variations of that food group. We couple high end fast food to an attractive CI and use our focussed approach to push out volume meals but at high quality.
