About The National Restorative Union

The National Restorative Union is a collective of educators, mental health professionals and fitness experts that offer a collaborative and holistic approach to community wellness and self- improvement. As a Pandemic Response Organization our mission is to strengthen and repair communities hardest hit through communal fitness and mental restoration. We do this in two ways. Restorative Works The NRU's signature fitness program is our Restorative Yoga series. Additionally, NRU hosts holistic events: including wellness fairs and nutritional workshops, that promote healthy lifestyles and communal support systems. Restorative Circles Restorative Circles are a series of direct, in-person programs that combine circle practices and fitness protocols. Whether for teens or adults, these programs manifest collaboration, reflection and healing within a supportive group environment.
