The NichiBay Center jobs and careers

About The NichiBay Center

The NichiBay Center bridges Japanese innovation with American opportunity in next-generation air mobility, aerospace, and advanced technology. We focus on aligning immediate commercial demand and end-user markets with current and emerging aircraft designs - creating pathways where innovation meets profitability. By connecting Japanese OEMs, Tier-1/2/3 suppliers, and technology leaders with U.S. infrastructure developers, airports, Part 135 operators, universities, and federal, state, and local agencies, we accelerate market entry, certification, and commercialization across the advanced aviation ecosystem. Our mission extends beyond technology transfer. We identify real-world, revenue-backed opportunities - pairing Japanese next-gen aircraft and systems with operators and markets that solve utilization and revenue challenges for both sides. This approach enables Japanese OEMs and suppliers to move from prototype to profit, while helping U.S. operators modernize fleets, reduce costs, and expand into sustainable, revenue-generating routes. Through collaboration with METI, JAXA, JETRO, the FAA, and leading OEMs, we are helping position the Southeast United States as a hub for next-generation propulsion, drone logistics, and aerospace development. Our goal is clear: combine Japanese precision with American commercial scale to create jobs, attract investment, and drive sustainable growth—from aircraft development programs to operational, revenue-supported corridors that define the future of mobility.
