The Nova Group Ltd jobs and careers

About The Nova Group Ltd

At Nova Group, we specialise in providing temporary staffing solutions to nurseries across the UK. We understand the everyday challenges nursery managers face, last-minute absences, unpredictable ratios, and the pressure to maintain consistent, high-quality care. Whether you need emergency cover for the next day or ongoing long-term support, we supply reliable, fully vetted early years professionals who are ready to step in and support. Every practitioner is DBS-checked, experienced, and matched to your setting with care. We work with individual nurseries and multi-site groups, offering both ad-hoc support and fully managed recruitment services - including Master Vendor models for larger operators. If you're having any of the same challegnes as the rest of the market, we would love to hear from you.
